I gave up for the first time in over six months. Feeling stupid but not as stupid as I think I should feel.

You are not stupid in the least. I know it's hard to deal with at the time, but it happens. And six months is AWESOME for not having it happen! Hang in there!

you're definitelly not stupid, you just slipped, it happees sometimes. The most important thing now is to start over and try again, see if you can beat the 6 months time.

Yeah getting to six months is really good. It's not stupid at all to slip up every now and then just as long as you don't give in completely
