Remember & know that our minds play bad tricks on us to get us to believe lies....the evil in this world is right there saying the same thing. None of it is true...just keep telling yourself that until you finally believe it. Your past spend most of your life telling you how horrible you were...it takes as much time if not more of telling yourself what huge lies those were order to counter them. Just keep working on the truth, Debbie PS. Ok, I am going to get a little silly here....when my mind read the title of your post, it immediately thought of the name of the horse that was owned by Roy Rodgers & Dale Evans (his horse was named Trigger)......shows where my mind is constantly at right now......but thinking along those lines...I sure wouldn't mind feeling like a horse that was loved as much as Trigger.....where in lies the problem.....no love  in the past when it was so important.
