I didn't do it for over a year and then last week I did it. I don't know if I should be telling my friend (the only person who knows I SI). I guess part of me wants to tell her to get it off my chest but another part of me feels fine, like nothing is wrong, and I don't want to worry her or stress her out for no reason. Plus what I did is not as bad as before, so idk. She used to do it too, so I don't want to trigger her either. So I don't know if I should be telling her or not.

if you WANT to - then do it. If you do not want to - then don't.

You have enough stress in your life - you do not need anyone "telling you" what you do or do not *have* to do......................

Perhaps you just need to get it off of your chest and could try writing it out in a letter the things that you would tell your friend and then burning it?
