I found that I can work through all of my emotional problems and relax through my dancing and sitting down by the river. If anyone has any advice on some other things I could do that would be great...

![]() things to do instead of hurting yourself (link - click!!) There are some good ideas there. I read, listen to music, play with my pets, go for a walk and sometimes sleep. ![]()

When you're by the river, do you go into a relaxed meditative state, let your mind go freely? Do you also go hiking up around where you live?
