No, it will just push it down deeper, and make you feel more vulnerable and trapped.
Talking about the pain, here or with someone that you trust close by though can help ease the pressure, and allow the feelings to flow safely. |

No, it won't. Maybe for a few minutes, if you're lucky - then half an hour.
Then when the guilt sets in it will just make you feel worse than you did before. Is it really worth it just for that few minutes of feeling a little bit better ? Don't, it's better not to. It will make you feel happy when you can come back to us and say: "I've not done it for X amount of months". Why not wait until then ? Love < ![]() ![]()
