Hey guys,

So usually want I do to avoid dealing with my cravings when they spark up is go for nap.

I did this today and had a pretty graphic dream of me ODing on pain killers. I have no idea where the hell this has come from as I've never recalled any SI related dreams in the past. When I woke up, I seemed to be still stuck in my dream and half way in reality so for a bit thought I actually did something stupid. Gah! It's was so confusing.

Anyone else find they dream about it much?

No, I have dreams where the bad guys are chasing me all night, but none about SI. Must have been quite stressful.

I had a graphic one once...

I dreamed that I had slit my own throat, but I was walking around my school just fine, and yet no one even noticed the river of blood running down the front of my neck...
I found so much symbolism in this dream, though I was a bit unsettled upon awakening. :/

It's weird - I wasn't upset when I woke up. I think I should have been. :/ I was very "w...t...f..., did I do it? Oh, wait no. It was definitely a dream" do it just put me in a strange state. Either way, I woke up just before and can't recall my dreams from last night so avoided any weird dreams.
