well like my title says i saw my first psychologist. Very uncomfortable the questions he asked. But my cuz (shes bipolar) says that its normal. Well according to him i have alot of anxiety annd i am a manic depressive. He says im not bipolar, i know what bipolar is but is manic depressive kind of the same?

Bipolar Disorder used to be called Manic-Depressive Disorder... so technically, it's the same, just a different name. And yes, the first session is usually uncomfortable considering all the personal questions they ask after knowin you for only 5 minutes. But did you like him? Did he seem nice? Good luck to you!

yeah i liked him, i got a sense that he was there to help, im seeing him on the 6th of july.
