today i had therapy and my doctor wants me to see a psychiatrist to see wat my diagnosis is i am scared because i dont really want to take meds i feel as if they wont work i cut myself twice this week, both times while i was at school i am really scared sometimes of what i can do because i know once i start i wont stop today my therapist asked my if my mom knew that i cut and i said no because if she knew she act as if i were crazy and thats not the fact of the matter i am just stressed and hurt and in pain that seems to never end

((((((chula)))). I am sorry you are so scared. Just because you are going to see a T doesn't mean they will instantly put you on medicine. You can alao talk to him/her about how you dont want to go one meds. Stay strong and be safe.

I say go, a diagnosis from a psychiatrist doesn't mean you have to take any durgs, they can recomend that you take them but they can't force you to do so. Infomation is power, and the more power you have the better you are.
