We are feeling so much guilt as we once again did it. We had not done it in so long and we fought for days but something clicked and we could not stop it. The guilt feeling comes because we know it is not something that we shuold do or even really want to do. We know that now we have the guilt of doing it, the pain of what we did, and the reason that caused the it all in the first place still staring us in the face.

Sometimes when something hurts so bad we revert back to the known, to what always made for even the moment the pain go away from within to the outslde. Why is that? Especially knowing that in the end it really has not gone anywhere at all, but somehow it drives it deeper inward somehow causing it to scream even louder and feel almost like neon lights flashing for the world to see.

All we know is it hurts and the pain screams in volumes and echoes throughout our very being. We know tomorrow will come once again but right now feels like forever.

Thank you dear friend. Sometimes we just try to be accountable for what we have done. It hurts but in the pain we are growing. Thank you for caring and just you caring means more than you know. Sending gentle hugs and loving thoughts. Always.

(((dps))) it's ok, you are still good even when those things happen. you still deserve to heal and be well. i am sorry you are hurting. i just want you to know that i care about you. i don't think you deserve that pain. i hope you can heal and grow and hopefully next time there will be another way to ease the pain. i wish you a quick recovery, and i hope you are feeling better. take care.
