I'm doing really well, I haven't SI'ed or even thought about doing it for a week now, so things are impoving. And I'll be on to help a few people, but I have other things that I need to get done.
Some advice for those who are struglling. 1. Get going, do something, spend time with people, learn a new skill, do something positive. 2. Make a commitment to yourself that you will remain safe, and tell a T about it, and then continue on the path to healing, 3. If your alone, go to the store, Library, or anywhere there is people. Being around people really helps. Just be around people! There's three things that I have done that have helped, me. I have been mostly out of my house, and things have improved. and for the first time in my life, I am truely happy! Keep up the good work everyone, and stay busy, I know I will |
