I'm just feeling hollow and empty and a bit depressed right now. I have no motivation.
I've taken a clonazepam to slow my brain down and to relax me a little, but I'm not feeling any results, def not quick enough. I am so tempted to take a good few more. I just want ot not feel anything at all. I don't like feeling down, especially after 4 or so days of mania.
Arg, I am really just hoping that the logical me will prevail.
I don't know how some of you find the strength and just say NO

((Sugahorse))

Please be careful with the pills.
Do you have any other coping skills to fall back on?
Have you tried some of the suggestions in the sticky at the top?
i wish I had more help to offer.
You are not alone.

Thanks DR - haven't read the sticky above, but think i will.
No, other than trying to sleep (Which involves sleeping tabs) and hoping I wake up in a better frame of mind...
