I feel the urge to hurt myself. I feel like hitting myself on the head or cutting myself. Should I call my thearpist?

Yes you should call your therapist. You should also read the sticky posts at the top of the self injury forum - they have very helpful coping methods. I heard holding ice cubes in your hands helps with urges. Take some deep breaths and please don't hurt yourself - you're too important to hurt.

I agree. The Ice-Cube Method is amazingly helpful. Very watery though. ;>)
Thanks for this!
