When I feel the pain I am feeling right now it is hard to not SI. I haven't in a while I will let down my T as well as myself. I have to realize this is a different day with the same pain only slightly more intense for some reason. I am hoping that writing about it would help some so sorry for the babble.

Do you understand what is causing the pain?

![]() You're right, it is hard not to. I'm glad you've got motivation to keep yourself safe, and I've written a lost in the past to do the same thing, to keep the urges from getting overwhelming.

Yes, this is very insightful. Sometimes I get so caught up in the moment that all I can think about is the pain and it seems to stretch into infinity until I cannot comprehend not feeling it so intensely. But waiting, although seeminly impossible, is a good idea. Feeling seem permanent but do fluctuate.
