When I feel the pain I am feeling right now it is hard to not SI. I haven't in a while I will let down my T as well as myself. I have to realize this is a different day with the same pain only slightly more intense for some reason. I am hoping that writing about it would help some so sorry for the babble.

Do you understand what is causing the pain?

You're right, it is hard not to.

I'm glad you've got motivation to keep yourself safe, and I've written a lost in the past to do the same thing, to keep the urges from getting overwhelming.

Yes, this is very insightful. Sometimes I get so caught up in the moment that all I can think about is the pain and it seems to stretch into infinity until I cannot comprehend not feeling it so intensely. But waiting, although seeminly impossible, is a good idea. Feeling seem permanent but do fluctuate.
