Well its been 1 month since i last cut. I was put on a drug called naltrexone and that is suppost to depress the urge to cut. well its been working for me so far. When i started out on it i had to go to music camp in july and thats the big test to see if my increase in prozac helps. Well 60 works but when i went to music camp i was on 40 and nope still terrible. i ended up having one panic attack and cutting my self left and right. my camp director knows of my cutting and so when i got there all my pills were handed over to her and my shaving razor. but i still had an exacto nife blade that kept with me. well since camp i have not had the urge to cut at all.

If this drug works for me maybe it can work for you. Naltrexone is the drug name. Just lettin u know.

I think it's great that you haven't cut in a while. I didn't know there was a pill to reduce the urges. That's cool. Is it in the States? Just wondering.

I am really happy that the naltrexone has helped. That is what I used to stop the urges. Have only cut 2x in over 3 years. Keep up the hard work.

Response to Lexicon yes it is in the US it is a drug primarily used to help alcholics stop the drinking urges.
