Hi, I am new to this site. I am a self-injurer. I have not being dealing with it very well for a while now. I need some help with stopping this. I was raped as a young adult, I lost my child during labor , and I have Bipolar disorder. The anniversary of losing my daughter in labor is coming up on the 8th which is Wednesday. This is really hard for me. I just really need some ideas on how I can deal with my self-injury this week and especially on Wednesday.

Thanks all.

Raeanna

Can you talk to anyone about your loss? Can you spend time with people or out in public as much as possible? Are you in therapy?

I am in school right now. So i talk to people at school sometimes. I am not in therapy because I cannot afford it. I just lost my job because of missing too many days because of the Bipolar and PTSD. Thank goodness I am living with my parents right now so I don't have to worry about finances too bad at this point.

Does your school offer therapy?
