I don't know if this will be triggery or not. When I feel the need to talk to someone, my arms start tingling (trigger for cutting) and I feel all panicky inside....I don't know how to stop this. I can stop this feeling in only one way...cutting. I don't know how I'm gonna get past this feeling!

So I ask...is there anybody out there to talk to?

Professional help? I already got that yesterday...just needed to talk to someone as a distraction. That would've taken away those feelings...

Have you found your distraction? I haven't si'ed in months and months, I found a distraction -- online downloadable games (free trials everywhere) and they're fun to boot. Please feel free to message me if you need someone to talk to. We do care about you here!

oh honey I am so sorry I was so sorry i was not here for you..

i can only say this.. Play online games, read more books, try the ones that i gave you the ohter night online.. they are very good books..

(((((((((((((Lexicon)))))))))))))))) I am so sorry. Please feel free to contact me whenever you want. I am sorry I wasn't there for you. Sometimes when I felt like cutting I would try and distract myself a little at a time. Sometimes to be distracted even for a short t ime would work. Please try and be kind to yourself.
