I went a year without SI'ing and then I SI'ed again. Can't remember the exact day but it was a few weeks ago and I haven't again since then. It's something that I will probably always deal with, but the fact that I went a whole year made me realize that I can stop for good. So can you. You can't worry about how long you go, don't even think about it. I never did until I realized it had been a year and it was quite strange to realize I went without it that long. Of course I feel off the bike but hey I got right back up and I feel like I can keep going on without doing it. I probably will fall off the bike a few more times before I am at the finish line, but that can be expected for all of us. Don't be afraid of failure, be proud that you're making strides each day and if you do fall off the bike dust yourself off and get right back up. You can do it.
