I am almost certain I know where the bulk of the urges are coming from. Sepreme anxiety and somewhat high stress. I cannot really do much about the stress right this minute. Only time will take care of that. My reaction to it could possibly be changed but I don't know how.
I am about to do some cooking for a work shin dig tomorrow. That may help. Beyond that I'm not sure what to do. Read Write Take a shower Maybe head to the grocery store. was gonna do that in the morning but getting out may be better than sitting here. I need to study but that will definitely not d much for the anxiety right now. I need to finish a couple craft projects for tomorrow UGH!!!!!!

Do you have a therapist? Working on the anxiety in therapy would help.

Yes I do have a therapist. At the moment we are just trying to keep me alive let alone doing any serious work on anxiety issue.
I am working on it though. I am trying to tackle all of it one small piece at a time. While there are times I question my decision to be in therapy period and even whether I should be with this therapist, right now I know I am doing the right thing however unpleasant the whole experience is. And the idea that it gets worse before it gets better disturbs me but I guess it is true

Have you tried squeezing Ice? It feels like it Burns but doesn't make a mark. My Phycologist recomended it.
Also. Chewing Ice helps me. I don't quite know why. I hope this helps. Loz. |
