i just started a new relationship and Im a bit scared that if things go bad I will resort to SI, it has been years other then a few minor slips a few months ago. Im afraid of getting back into old habbits, but I know what my triggers are and relationship stress is always a huge trigger for me!

Have to talked to your significant other about your triggers perhaps when your starting to feel the need to cut again maybe going to talk about it will decrease your urge to do so. And discuss what at the moment is making you feel this way. N congrats on being S.I. Free

Are you in therapy Abaca? Keep talking here about your fears and triggers in the relationship?

I hope it all goes well for you. I'd love to be in a relationship where I could be completely open about my past and present self injury.
