it is never temporary unless you get the help you need, therapy and support and healing from the root problem causing you to want to SI. It is an addictive behavior. its like saying that meth is temporary.

it's INCREDIBELY difficult to talk to anyone about it even or especially a T. But it can also be helpful to do so depending on the T. You should at least tell him/her about the feelings related to the si. what do you feel when you si? these are the issues that need to be addressed, maybe you can start working on it by starting there?
I agree with the first poster. It's never temporary unless you get the help you need, so please do try to get some help take care pm me if you would like to talk... __________________ Yesterday I was so clever, so I want to change the world. Today I am wise, so I am changing myself. |
