I was so suicidal that I got out my SI stuff thinking of using it to do something bad but after the first cut, I didnt feel suicidal anymore, just relievefd and relaxed. I desperately didnt want to cut again, and i hadnt for 2 months and now im completely ashamed but not suicidal. I dont know which is worse

Don't feel bad about your mutilation. Your guilt is not real, the cut is.

A little blood goes a long way. After two months of being cutless, you aren't a cutter, just someone who cuts. Relax and enjoy the sensation. Maybe next time you'll be able to hold out for three months, then six, and before you know it you won't need to cut ever again. You are beautiful and smart. You will win.

Yes, SI can relieve SU urges. Are you in therapy?
