I care...

my daughter used to "cut" I couldn't understand where it came from. Are you seeing anyone to help you? I understand that this can become very serious over time. Fortunately my daughter did not escalate to that degree.

I don't know how old you are but i think this is an interest of the younger generations.

I wish I has some magic words to make all your pain go away but I don't - but I can bear some of your bruden...

I've always said reaching out to people for help is the number one most difficult things for me to do. Perhaps that's the same for you? But getting emotionally healthy means that we have to do that. We've got to swallow some of our pride and admit that we are not as tough as we would like people to think.

People need people...it's a fact of life.
