It's an addiction, you know..........
It's a escape; a release; a venting......just as any AODA You have to abstain -- yet, it'll be dancing in the back shadows of your mind......... You know how demeaning it is to have to ask your husband (who already doles out your meds on a daily basis...I'm 43 years old!)hide all sharps in the apartment for the period you are having a "depressive episode" (which can last from a few days to a few weeks) Luckily, all knives in kitchen are dull, i tried them already! We are supposed to be a "mature couple", yeah, right....I decided to spend time together tonight & watch some horror movies on cable TV. There's a witch who's got a rat dragging a beautiful silver blade back and forth his wrist and there's blood everywhere.........I'M FREAKING OUT!!!!! But, he's too drunk to notice.............why do I try? I am a recovering alcoholic & I haven't cut in 3 weeks...... Wonder why it's 0400 & I'm bothering you good ppl? My only "fix" is cigarettes & I have cancer (I just found out) Why do I try???? I CAN DO THIS!!!!! I've done it before dammit!!! I CAN DO IT!!!! Calmly coping, DAYZEE9 (sorry, folks)
