For the first time since I started cutting a good 15 years ago, I am actually extremely ashamed of my scars, especially the fresher ones. For the first time, I'm wearing long sleeves no matter how warm it is. For the first time, I am fully regretting what I've done to myself.
Does that mean I'm getting somewhere? Does that mean I have a chance to get over this?
