I started cutting again..well not so much cutting as that to stop picking my face that is a habbit I do when stressed or anxious.. that now im digging one fingernail into my arm over and over again...its an open wound now.

I dont know why I picked that spot, but it sure hurts now...and I cant stop, I havent touched my face in a whole day..but my arm is sure sore.

Ugh, thanks.

(((((((((((Irish Angel))))))))))

Everyone has to start somewhere, a fingernail in the arm is better than, cutting OR picking....any little amount of progress to the outside is a phenomenal achievement for YOU on the inside....and afterall, that's where it counts in the end, yes? Its been A LONG time

Just keep the area clean, away from infection -- before you go to bed put on some antibiotic cream & cover while you sleep...k? I'm proud of you! Its been A LONG time Its been A LONG time Its been A LONG time Its been A LONG time
