I cut myself six times yesterday. It was the first time and I got away with it. I have a young puppy and blamed it on them. I'm scared though because I feel proud of myself. I keep rubbing the cuts and looking at them.
I'm pathetic...

Your not pathetic, lodes of people cut because they feel as though they have control over something that doesn't seem to have control over them, but they don't realize it does, if that makes sense? Do you want to stop cutting? Have you thought out replacing the self harming with something else, like something you enjoy for example?

Yes. I have. But I just can't seem to think straight sometimes.

Hi DTM, I read your profile. How often are you going to therapy?
