I feel like cutting so badly I do not know what to do maybe ill make some ice and hold it in my hands but i do not know if i can wait until the water freezes any suggestions

im sorry you feel this way.....i hope you have found a way not to SI.......we love you here.....have you tried going for a walk or reading or writing a poem? sending loads of hugs your way

I'm sorry you're feeling this way... for future reference, you can buy big bags of frozen ice cubes, it might be handy to have them in the fridge. Do you have anything else in the freezer you could use? You could try clenching your fists around frozen sausages (sorry, I know how weird that sounds) or burying your hands in frozen peas.

Special's idea is really good... when I used to feel this way I'd go something very physical and painful, like run as fast as I could. Is that a possibility?

I havent self injured yet went for a walk still want to do it but fighting it off so far
