Don't always do it, but it takes a load of control not too.....
It's sad that I LOVE the feeling That I LOVE seeing the result. Pathetic. |

not pathetic, just messed up. But its best not to do it. One day you may find your self hating the result and the reminders.

Part of the problem is that I DON'T think it's wrong.
Why is it frowned upon what I do to my body? |

hmmm. This is a tough one. It all depends i suppose what motivations you have for doing it. There is a degree of risk to physical health in some cases, through blood loss or infections.
And the basic instincts of the pain response. But it is your body . Im not saying i frown upon it, its more that it saddens me. i wouldnt be one to judge , ive been there done that many times. But i was never happy doing it, it gave me no pleasure. |

The healthier thing to do is to learn how to deal with your feelings and then you won't need to SI.

Today as I was driving down a back road, a huge semi-trailer pulled in front of me and I actually slammed on the brakes. I could have died.
I didn't because I was thinking about my son's 6th birthday this Thursday and it would be so very wrong to bury your mum around your birthday - like I did. |

((((((((Flooded)))))))))) I'm glad you're ok. It's not pathetic. It's many things to many different people, but pathetic is not one of them.
