the past 2 weeks have been extraordinarily stressful. We moved to a new place, i am dealing with chronic back pain, and now my aunt and cousin have disowned me. They were the people that I thought really loved me....

I really want to cut. I want to cut deeper than I ever have. I want the physical pain so it can make the emotional stuff go away for a while

Please do not hurt yourself. That would hurt to have your family do that to you. When is your next therapy appt.?
