i am 36 years old and use to cut when was 16.lately things i buried have started to come back up and i started cutting again.it has spiraled so fast out of control.

Is there any chance you can see your doctor tomorrow? I think you need to speak to someone who can help you out. Can you go and stay with family or friends? |
