What is wrong with me? I had an incredible night, it was so much fun! I get home and I get in trouble and I understand, I was acting irresponsible and I feel so guilty and it let all the bad thoughts in and now I'm feeling guilty for a lot of things and it sucks. I wanna SI but I have no more room or energy......

Why do I function like this?

mmmmm.... I wonder if there is a false belief somewhere that is associated with your SI.... it could be anything. Something to think about.

But for tonight, try to relax, and transport your mind into a different place. Try reading a book, one that you just can't put down, and then after your in that place, fall asleep. Good luck, and be safe

You got in trouble and then you felt bad? This makes perfect sense to me. Most anyone would react like this. It is okay to feel bad.

It could be..... getting in trouble, and then feeling guilt will result in feelings of SI. Then again, this is what I see. It all depends on what you see, and how you handle the situation.
