I need to cut right now. I need to make the feeling, the thoughts go away. Can't handle the emotions and I need to stop them now. If i don't stop them, I will end up on a psych ward again. Can't do it. Gotta cut!

It may seem like a need now, but the best advice right now is just to sleep. and then in the morning, see how you feel. Stay safe, I know it seems impossible but, it is possible. Just sleep tonight, and let us know how you are tomorrow.

Could you have called your therapist earlier in the evening? Are you going to discuss this with your therapist?

Memory issues, grrrrr, If these urges are coming more at night, why not try to sleep before they come.... It's an Idea anyway.
Thanks for this!

mmm... Could seeing your doc help you to fix the sleep issues with your meds??

I sure hope you got through the night.
