Is it ever possible to overcome perfectionism and learn to accept that doing my best at something is good enough?

Yes......
What helps I think is understanding where/how you got these perfectionist beliefs.

I really push myself to achieve and think I have failed unless I get 100% at everything. Although this can be rewarding as I enjoy challenges, I am realising it does come at a cost - to me. So I am slowly trying to get my head into a "it's good enough" space. I try to think about the consequences for things I am doing as sometimes the outcome would be negative if I did cut corners, so for me it is a balance of knowing where I have to be spot on, where good enough is OK and where it really doesn't matter if I fail.
