I say finally because things are going well. I feel good for the first time in a few months. Got through an urge or two by doing yoga for a few minutes, and really focusing on me. I haven't been to lazy today, got some reading done, and well spent the time not being so not me..... Main thing, I finally got relief from a different source... it's possible to not have to SI, and I finally know that... hope things turn around and stay like they are today.
Thanks for this!

It's good to see you've come to that realization!
