I've made it 9 days!!!!!!!! I'm just excited, and wanted to share. It is possible to stop, and not feel like it, and for me it was getting down to the real reasons for depression and the behaviors I was doing to injure, and that's what helped the most, not to mention exercise and being outside in the sun
