Camping and feeling paranoid, high emotions and want to get out of skin. Want to self harm. I wish I could feel good around family.

I also suffer from self injury. I have worked very hard on just riding out the feeling like a big wave coming in and becoming smaller. I have gotten rid of anything I can use for SI. I know how hard it is not to give in to the feeling. Being around family can be stressful, can you get away from them by taking a break?

Camping for a day and have till Tuesday so four more days and not looking forward to it.

Hold out for as long as possible. Try and avoid the people driving you there, and you might make it.

I just really want to self harm no one is in the camper with me so I could do it. But in the long run it won't help anything. I got to keep saying that to myself.
