How do you stop once you've started? I hit a bad patch this weekend and i can seem to stop at about the same time and in the same places. I'd appreciate some help if anyone has any suggestions i'm making a mess

yes and no.. i felt it coming though i started a new job and my ex is a major trigger but anyway i was bound to dip again though i knew it was coming with or without his help. I understand what triggers me I just have no way of avoiding 99% of what does.. yay pity party. god i'm depressing.. ****

when i SI i used to feel so trapped and alone but since i told my friend i was doing it i call her everytime i feel the urge to do it and i went to my doctor and told her and she gave me tablets to take to relax me when i get the urge to do it. Hope this helps
