You've come so far. Don't do it. Go hang out with someone or call some obe if you can nThat's what I do. My friends don't even kno w why. I just call or drop by. They don't know I used to cut.

Hi C...

I'm so sorry that you are struggling...I can hear your frustration and also your wise mind trying to deal with it too.. Did you ever go to the program based in Chigaco the HELP program..I think that was the name?? Any chance if you did that you still have any of the materials hanging around? Just a thought.. Otherwise..just keep in your mind that it's a wave, just like I just said on the other post...and hang in there..IT WILL PASS...You've got such strength to be 2 yr sober and you don't want to lose that I know.

Hopefully the med change will kick in soon and these urges will pass as the medicine takes better hold in your system. I know these can be perilous times...

My thoughts are with you, and I'm right here behind you....

But you ARE strong! two years! The longest I have ever gone without cutting has been 7 months. Fight it a little longer. The feeling of pleasure you get when the urge goes away without you SIing is very much worth it. I'm so proud of you

Hey! Haven't heard from you in a while! Should you call your pdoc to report the effects of the med change?

Hey C-

So glad your pdoc is responding to you and helping you without the visit for now and continuing your meds as they are.. Double-Triple happy that you are feeling more in control and that some of the waves have passed for you...Way to ride them out and show us all how to be strong and courageous and seek support!!! WAY TO GO!! You have so much to offer and are one terrific LADY, and I'm very happy for you... Hope you will keep fighting for yourself..

Super huggles,

Wysteria Blue
