I'm sorry about this Hurting yourself isn't worth it. Can't you talk to someone about what is troubling you?

Sannah I do not know what happened just feel this way have not done anything yet Yes i do iam stuck in the house with a knee injury but have been ok for over two months without thinking of self harm
