literally, for the past month and a half, i've cut a lot every day.
it's gotten to the point when i've cut four maybe five times yesterday. it's ruining my life. my legs are so swollen that it's rubbing on my jeans and the scabs crack and the blood runs through my pants. i don't even remember what it is like to go a day without cutting. i left in the middle of my economics class two days ago to go to the restroom to cut. i have no control anymore. i'm gonna try to go one day at a time without cutting. does some one want to join me? |

I'm sorry to hear you're going through such a rough time, but it's great that you're trying to not cut. That's a huge step.

Is getting a therapist a possibility?

A therapist would be a good idea because if you had one. You have someone who you can talk to.
