Have you thought about adding to exercise as a way to help you through. Getting your heart rate up helps a ton!! Trust me, It helped me. I started adding it to my week, and the first time it helped some. By a week later, I was happy.
![]() Be your own best therapist during the 24 days, start a new hobby, exercise. And you never know, talking or typing may help too. |

it goes up and down. my appointment is so far off still. havent tried to exercise yet. but will let you know when i do. but sometimes the urge is so sudden and so strong. theres no hope to not.
i wish you some peace with this too. ![]() ![]()
