What is all you've got?
24 days until what, therapy?
In the meantime keep posting, and try to stay safe
Thanks for this!

Have you thought about adding to exercise as a way to help you through. Getting your heart rate up helps a ton!! Trust me, It helped me. I started adding it to my week, and the first time it helped some. By a week later, I was happy.

Be your own best therapist during the 24 days, start a new hobby, exercise. And you never know, talking or typing may help too.
Thanks for this!
