i understand how your feeling, those words could have come from myself. just find hope in knowing these feelings WILL pass. is there any particular reason in particular that you feel this way? jess x

I have felt similarly Fuzzy. But remember that hurting yourself doesn't make anything better. You then have that to deal with. Please be gentle with yourself. Remember there is a list of things at the top of this forum of things to do when you are feeling like this.
