Like, I didnt even do it because of urges.
I guess i did it for more of a... release? I was in such a bad mood today.. I didnt even try to stop myself. Ughhh. The outcome of this will not be good. |

A release of what? Emotion? My fiance describes it like that when she used to self harm alot. She's since started writing a blog, and letters to herself and me in order to vent out her emotions, and release them that way.
Have you tried something like this? |

Yeah, I have a blog, and I've written in a journal for a few years now.
And yeah, I guess it's of emotion -- pent up feelings that you can't get rid of otherwise. |

If it's not good then you should find another way to release whatever it was in a positive way... If you can't find that right away keep trying don't give up.
