I've relapsed so many times I can't even count them all. It's been three weeks since I've cut and my urges are starting to get really bad. I'm so afraid to relapse though. I don't know why I'm so scared, I've done it before. I'm also afraid to move away from self injury. I feel like it's part of me and I'm afraid to let it go. I'm so conflicted right now. I think the scariest thing is not knowing what I'm gunna do.
