Ok, so you found something that doesn't work. Now what you have to do is keep trying to do other things that may help you not cut. It's a bunch of trial and error to see what works and what doesn't.

Don't give up skitlles. There are many other things to try rather than cut. Please keep trying them until you find the right one for you.

Dear Sweet Sweet Skittles.....

Yes the cutting seems to calm you at the moment, but it does not last long, hence why you still have the need to repeat it - cutting is your temporary drug of choice.
Please try to find something else to do instead of cutting as the others on here have suggested.... you are far to important to loose.

Skittles? I think it is working for you.... of course you still want to cut, as the cutting isn't the real problem, but a symptom. Until you are able to work through more of the real problem causing these feelings of self hate, you will want to self harm. Keep on with the markers.... try various things with it... tell yourself it's enough, that you don't deserve to hate yourself so much...that you will get better and someday won't feel like having to cut. im not supposed to cut

Yeah, hang in there. Cutting seems like charging something to a credit card...it makes you feel better in the very short-term, but it only creates more problems in the long-term. Keep up the good fight.

you know...

Something that has helped me in the past has been to cut SOMETHING ELSE other than me that has some consistency - an old armchair, a peice of wood, a peice of meat..

it sounds strange but sometimes it is enough.
