so i have been having toubles getting my mind of si because i just have so much homework and cant really concentare. dont really think i can talk to my counsoler because have tried to get help for other issues and she wasnt really helpful.

Is your counselor one at the University? How are you doing today?

In the early stages of counselling, it is very easy to believe the counsellor isn't helping. Have you given it a fair trial?
