i cut yesterday... just wheni thought i had my cutting under control a little.. i cut... me and my b/f had a little argument over somethng dumb and i went off and then cutt myself

Please don't get down on yourself. Sometimes people relapse. It is understandable. Hoping you soon learn more positive ways to cope.
