So I have had this dream that I commited scuiside and I can't help but replay it in my mind everytime I close my eyes I don't know what to do

Obsessing about the dream, doesn't help at all. Some how, disabling the replay button, will help the most.

Find a distraction & try to focus on something else. Let positive thoughts play in your mind over & over again. It's hard, but just try to get your mind off of the negative. Take care

dont really know how to distract my self while i try and sleep

Read a good book, listen to your fav music, watch a good movie or tv shows u like...u can try these things til u drift off to sleep.
