Going back to school with exams coming up....... it's not going to be a good few weeks.

And I don't want a repeat of the last few days, when I was so desperate to cut, and no one was in from the support team, I didn't know what to do.

Breath... returning to the basic need of life. It's a start, and yes exams are stress full. The best thing you can do is to breath, and calm down... yoga and meditation can help. It's a start.

But then all the anxiety and urges come back as soon as you stop, and you can't always be focusing on breathing to calm down.

True, but as you learn to focus and calm down, then the anxiety and urges slow down, so to speak. For the time being, distractions can help, and treating yourself well can help. Things can improve little, by little. Line upon Line, as written, day upon day, everything builds up on the past, and we can change it by learning to focus.
