Anyone got any tips to make scars less obvious my arms are covered in old scars from over 5 years ago and I've tried a few over the counter stuff but nothing has made a dent and i can't go back in time and not do it. I just want them less obvious.

Have you tried aloe vera gel? it's helped mine a lot (even a bit on those over 3 years old), works better because it's think and gloopy. £5 for a tube from health food chain shop.
Other than that, i hear you can get waterproof coverup stuff through a Red Cross Clinic (ask your GP for a referral apparently)
Someone has written about their experience with it here (WARNING images of scars to show effectiveness of product):

Hope that helps xx

A surgeon had me use vitamin E to rub on scars to help break up the scar tissue. You can get a bottle of liquid, or the capsules. Poke a hole in the end of the capsule and squeeze some on the scar. Then massage the area daily. There are some scar creams on the market over the counter also. Not sure how well they work. And as stated by livetofight, there are coverups for scars also. There is a product that is emu oil also that is suppose to help. I've seen some before and after pic that looked good.
